Terms of Use
Effective date: September 29, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, applications, APIs, documentation, support channels, and other services provided by Tailmesh, Inc. (“Tailmesh,” “we,” or “us”) that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. “You” then includes both you and that organization. A separate written agreement between Tailmesh and your organization controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Using the Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for information and content submitted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, API keys, and devices. Notify Tailmesh Support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must not:
- access or use the Services unlawfully or to violate another person’s rights;
- probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or circumvent the security or operation of the Services;
- access an account, system, or data without authorization;
- introduce malicious code or use the Services to distribute harmful content;
- reverse engineer the Services except where applicable law does not permit that restriction;
- scrape, copy, or use the Services to build a competing product except as expressly permitted in writing; or
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authorization, or the origin of content.
Accounts and organizations
Some Services require an account or organizational invitation. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. Organization administrators may configure accounts, integrations, access, retention, and other controls and may access information associated with their organization as permitted by their agreement and applicable law.
Operational information
Tailmesh may help teams organize and understand operational information, but the Services do not replace professional judgment, required checks, regulatory obligations, dispatch authority, safety procedures, or the systems of record designated by your organization. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using information presented through the Services.
Customer content and feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. You grant Tailmesh the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services, consistent with our agreements and Privacy Policy.
If you provide feedback, you permit Tailmesh to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
Tailmesh materials
The Services, including software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and other materials supplied by Tailmesh, are owned by Tailmesh or its licensors and protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms or a separate written agreement, no rights are granted to you.
Third-party services
The Services may interoperate with third-party products or link to third-party sites. Third-party terms and privacy policies govern those products. Tailmesh is not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make to their products.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services. We may also restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, or others; comply with law; address security or technical issues; or enforce these Terms. Early-access and preview features may be incomplete, change materially, or be withdrawn.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TAILMESH DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. TAILMESH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR AN OPERATIONAL, SAFETY, LEGAL, OR REGULATORY DECISION.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAILMESH AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAILMESH’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TAILMESH FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT MAY PROVIDE DIFFERENT LIMITS.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction identified in your separate written agreement with Tailmesh. If no separate agreement identifies a governing law or forum, those terms remain to be established in writing between you and Tailmesh before paid or production use.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and provide any additional notice required by law. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
